This is our signature salsa that put us on the path to become a business. Machete is our take and inspiration from salsa macha, an oil based gourmet salsa that's famous in Veracruz, Mexico and featured in upscale Mexican restaurants in the U.S. We make ours with our olive oil, almonds, and different smokey chilies. Full of rich and bold flavors, this salsa pairs splendidly with chicken, pork, seafood, veggies, and cheese. It also makes a great spread on your favorite bread. In other words, on everything!
